Renee's Gourmet Pizzeria was established in honor of our daughter, Renee who has Celiac Disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Anyone living with food allergies knows how difficult it can be to eat at a restaurant. There are restaurants that offer gluten free dishes on their menu, however the fear of gluten cross-contamination limited our dining options. That's when the idea of creating a restaurant that was 1% gluten free and nut free was born.
